TOKIIRO ("the App") is a mobile camera application that applies retro filters to photos taken with your device camera. This Privacy Policy describes what information the App handles on your device, which device permissions it uses, and your rights. The App does not transmit any personal information to any external server.
TOKIIRO（以下「本アプリ」）は、端末のカメラで撮影した写真にレトロフィルタを適用する モバイルカメラアプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリが端末上で取り扱う情報、 使用する権限、および利用者の権利について説明します。本アプリは個人情報を外部サーバーへ 一切送信しません。

The App uses the following device permissions purely for on-device functionality. Information accessed via these permissions stays on your device and is never transmitted by the App.

Camera frames, EXIF metadata, and (when permitted) location coordinates are used solely to compose, render, and save the filtered photo onto your device. They are not sent to the developer, to any analytics service, or to any third party. Saved photos remain exclusively in your device's photo library.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose user information to any third party. No third-party SDKs are integrated for the purpose of data collection or transfer. Because the App does not collect or store personal data, we hold no data subject to rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws. You can delete on-device data (photos and preferences) at any time through the iOS Photos app and the App's settings, or by uninstalling the App.

We do not retain any user data on our servers because none is collected. Photos and settings remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.

Because no data is transmitted off the device, there is no transmission channel to secure. On-device data is protected by the operating system's standard sandboxing and storage protection mechanisms (iOS Data Protection).

The App is suitable for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). The App does not collect any personal information from any user.
本アプリは年齢を問わず利用可能で、13 歳未満（または各国・地域における相当年齢）の 児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。本アプリはいかなる利用者からも 個人情報を収集しません。
